Cancellation policy

We strive to give our patients excellent dental care. All appointments are exclusively reserved and time is specifically set aside with our dentist. To allow equal opportunity for all patients, we encourage patients to only make appointments that they know they will keep.

Procedures that require long appointment times, such as in-chair whitening, surgical tooth extractions, crowns, root canal therapy, dental implants, braces and Invisalign, require a deposit at the time of booking.

Cancellation or rescheduling of appointment must be made two full working days in advance of the appointment time and messages left on weekends or public holidays will only be regarded as lodged the morning of the next business day.

Where late cancellations or appointment changes are notified (including failing to attend without notification) with less than 48 hours' notice being given, we reserve the right to retain your deposit, which will then be charged as a cancellation fee, therefore no longer held as a deposit in your file.

Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made for illness or personal circumstances.

Notification will only be accepted by calling (02) 9361 4044. We are unable to accept notifications made by SMS or email.
